Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and coordinate execution of project and small-program deliverables involving multiple teams
Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery
Facilitate kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Manage delivery coordination and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations
Provide stakeholder and leadership updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules
Align execution with deliverable requirements
Support resource planning and delivery execution
Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects
Define and manage scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, financials, and resourcing
Translate strategic objectives into delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans
Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments
Develop documentation, business cases, plans, presentations, status reports, and executive summaries
Ensure compliance with enterprise change, risk, audit, and compliance requirements
Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
Coordinate resource planning and capacity across internal teams and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in programming, project, or delivery management within a technical organization
Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Dashboarding and executive-level delivery reporting experience
Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, public cloud, and AI technologies
Knowledge of niche technologies such as automation, Terraform, networking, hosting, and mainframe
Ability to manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams
Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training is desired
PMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe/Agile, Release Train Engineer, or PM/PO certifications are desired
