Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and coordinate execution of project and program deliverables involving multiple teams
Lead kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations
Provide stakeholders and leadership with status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules
Align execution with deliverable requirements in partnership with sponsors and stakeholders
Support resource planning for delivery and execution
Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technology initiatives supporting a large-scale Credit Card Platform
Orchestrate strategic programs and critical technology initiatives while balancing scope, schedule, risk, quality, and business objectives
Partner with technology, product, operations, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
Manage competing priorities and dependencies across interconnected workstreams
Identify and mitigate risks and coordinate activities throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver initiatives supporting customer growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, platform modernization, and business transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong leadership skills with ability to orchestrate and drive multiple project teams/work streams to meet project deadlines
10+ years in technology industry
5 years related project management experience
Experience with credit card technology strongly desired
Ability to execute with limited direction
Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders to facilitate and drive progress and resolution
Ability to manage multiple unrelated events simultaneously
Capability to distill complex information from various sources into a strategic execution plan
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior management
Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, operations, and technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
Proven ability to leverage AI to improve speed to market and delivery quality
Prior experience with portfolio conversions, deconversions, and platform modernization efforts
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; advanced Excel skills
Experience with Agile development environments
Experience with JIRA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
