Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and coordinate execution of project/small program deliverables involving multiple teams
  • Lead kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and other delivery routines
  • Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations and Agile teams
  • Provide end-to-end visibility and status updates on delivery health, risks, issues, and schedules
  • Work with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements
  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Facilitate dependency, risk, and impediment management
  • Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Backlog Refinement
  • Support value delivery and Sprint commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Scaled Agile Delivery and Governance
  • Proficiency managing Jira boards, user stories, epics, and delivery tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to form meaningful working partnerships quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results under aggressive deadlines
  • Self-starter with problem-solving and analytical aptitude
  • Openness to learning new technologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Bank of America application and development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Process
  • Knowledge of risk and governance tools such as RISE and CM
