About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and coordinate execution of project/small program deliverables involving multiple teams
- Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery
- Facilitate sync points across teams and provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health
- Manage program risk and compliance with standards
- Ensure delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
- Support large transformation initiatives in the Financial Center space
- Participate in large service provider efforts across Consumer Tech
- Own end-to-end lifecycle accountability for technology solutions
- Follow Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, controlling, and closing project technology components and deliverables
- Lead and deliver technology solutions with quality, on time, and within budget
- Lead kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Work with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements
- Support resource planning
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
- Develop hands-on knowledge of applications in the Financial Center Technology space
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong leadership skills to lead project teams to deliver technology solutions with quality, on-time, and within budget
- Strong communication skills for communicating project status, issues, and risks at all levels, including stakeholders and executives
- Ability to identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources
- Experience managing project budgets and financials
- Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards and meet project audit requirements
- Risk management skills, including identifying potential risks and escalating as needed
- Ability to identify impacted teams and applications and engage them for design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ability to partner with testing teams to meet testing timelines and deliverables
- Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and coordinate deployment timelines
- Proactive approach to driving teams to achieve commitments and results
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
