About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and business case through solution design, development, launch, ongoing enhancements, risk, and compliance activities
  • Lead development of complex digital asset solutions involving stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled payments and settlement, and other emerging technologies
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other functions
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess investment opportunities and prioritize resources and decisions
  • Analyze product performance and client feedback to identify enhancements, issue remediation, and optimization opportunities
  • Align product development with client needs, commercial objectives, operational requirements, and risk standards
  • Establish scalable product development practices and processes as the Digital Assets portfolio grows
  • Drive product performance metrics and monitoring across client experience, operational performance trends, and client feedback
  • Mentor and provide direction to Digital Assets product development team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–10 years of experience in product management, product development, solution development, or related roles within payments, banking, fintech, digital asset, or financial services
  • Deep understanding of payments, treasury services, financial infrastructure, banking, or digital assets
  • Experience leading development and launch of complex financial products or solutions
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or other structured product delivery approaches
  • Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps across multiple initiatives or a portfolio of capabilities
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution
  • Experience building products in emerging or ambiguous environments
  • Strong commercial orientation and understanding of client needs and market dynamics
  • Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, or emerging payments strongly preferred
