About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and business case through solution design, development, launch and ongoing enhancements, including risk and compliance activities
Lead development of complex digital asset solutions, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled payments and settlement, and other emerging technologies
Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other functions
Partner with senior leadership to assess investment opportunities and prioritize resources and decisions
Analyze product performance and client feedback to identify enhancements, issue remediation and optimization opportunities
Align product development with client needs, commercial objectives, operational requirements and risk standards
Establish scalable product development practices and processes as the Digital Assets portfolio grows
Drive product performance metrics and monitoring across client experience, operational performance trends and client feedback
Mentor and provide direction to other Digital Assets product development team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10 years of experience in product management, product development, solution development or related roles within payments, banking, fintech, digital asset or financial services
Deep understanding of payments, treasury services, financial infrastructure, banking or digital assets
Demonstrated experience leading the development and launch of complex financial products or solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies or other structured product delivery approaches
Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps across multiple initiatives or a portfolio of capabilities
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution
Experience building products in emerging or ambiguous environments
Strong commercial orientation and understanding of client needs and market dynamics
Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization or emerging payments strongly preferred
