About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and oversee Digital Payments operational metrics across Bill Payments and Transfers products
  • Ensure timely and consistent monitoring and reporting across the portfolio
  • Design, enhance, and proactively evaluate metrics and key risk indicators
  • Identify emerging risks, assess control effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to develop metrics and monitoring capabilities
  • Align monitoring with evolving products, customer experiences, and risk priorities
  • Lead issue identification, investigation, and resolution efforts
  • Coordinate corrective actions and track outcomes to completion
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional partners
  • Implement effective monitoring frameworks and support business objectives
  • Ensure risk mitigation strategies remain effective

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in metrics, operations, analytics, risk, controls, product, process management, or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and risk indicators through detailed data analysis and metric evaluation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to investigate and break down complex problems, challenge assumptions, and uncover underlying drivers of performance and risk
  • Proven ability to lead root cause analysis efforts across complex processes and systems
  • Ability to drive problem remediation from identification through resolution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
