About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the delivery and health of digital capabilities and processes
- Support digital operations by translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analyze key performance indicators, product risks, controls, and return on investment
- Guarantee quality through business acceptance testing
- Ensure successful go-to-market
- Provide business metric and program analysis and project support
- Assist the CRM team in architecting and developing Salesforce.com solutions for sales associates
- Use a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements for complex Salesforce.com projects
- Communicate architectural designs, functional capabilities, business process efficiencies, and business value realization to stakeholders
- Develop solutions across the sales lifecycle, including research, solutioning, referrals, application, onboarding, and servicing
- Build and maintain relationships with product owners, technology, quality assurance, lines of business, stakeholders, and partners
- Support delivery of software solutions within time, scope, and budget
- Contribute to operational routines, digital capability health, defect resolution, complaint routing, and performance metrics
- Conduct project, sprint, and release planning and contribute to program vision and roadmap execution
- Create presentations and written materials
- Leverage business knowledge to make informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of CRM experience
- 3+ years of experience on large-scale projects/initiatives
- Ability to translate business and user needs into CRM requirements across the sales lifecycle
- Experience partnering with technology in an agile environment
- Experience creating Agile epics, user stories, and business requirements
- Experience tracking project milestones and creating project deliverables
- Process improvement and process standardization experience
- Experience delivering data integrity and quality within Small Business Salesforce.com
- Experience creating and executing business acceptance test plans and test scripts
- Ability to capture, prioritize, and communicate requirements
- Experience facilitating meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Experience coordinating implementation activities and supporting team members
- Prior CRM and Salesforce.com experience
- Agile software development experience, including user stories and end-user testing
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and strategies in parallel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems
- Self-motivated with ability to work without extensive supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven, cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Desired: 3+ years of relationship management or engagement management experience
- Desired: Knowledge of CRM solutions
- Desired: Understanding of Risk and Compliance standards, policies, and procedures
- Desired: Change management or project management experience and understanding of best practices
- Desired: Understanding of operational risks and their impacts
