About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and execute internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function
  • Execute processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards
  • Support quality assurance and quality control through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls
  • Identify issues and control improvements for remediation, and build action plans and milestones
  • Lead risk assessments across marketing processes and technology platforms
  • Manage in-line challenges and validate risk assumptions and control effectiveness
  • Develop mitigation strategies and promote risk awareness and accountability
  • Lead and coordinate Enterprise Marketing audit activities
  • Manage audit issues, remediation plans, and sustainable solutions
  • Oversee responses to regulatory examinations
  • Assess the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment
  • Lead implementation of optimized controls and enhanced QA practices
  • Manage team members conducting quality inspection reviews
  • Ensure timely QA execution, case management, and results reporting
  • Manage and review front-line unit responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and monitoring reviews
  • Ensure accurate data capture for inspection metrics and dashboard governance
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, marketing teams, control partners, risk officers, Internal Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk Executives, and external regulators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Risk Management experience
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Expertise in risk management, regulatory engagement, and governance
  • Ability to lead risk assessments across marketing processes and technology platforms
  • Ability to manage audit activities, audit issues, and regulatory examinations
  • Skills in Controls Management, Oral Communications, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategy Planning and Development, Continuous Improvement, Drives Engagement, Influence, Strategic Thinking, Talent Development, Data and Trend Analysis, Decision Making, Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing, Problem Solving, and Quality Assurance
  • Ability to work 1st shift
  • 40 hours per week
