About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and deliver multidisciplinary Experience Design work for end-to-end digital experiences
- Design, optimize, and deliver digital experiences from concept through implementation
- Apply product design capabilities across user experience and visual design
- Partner with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver roadmap projects on time and on budget
- Collaborate with product design, content design, design research, design operations, and design technology teams
- Create developer-ready low- to high-fidelity artifacts, assets, and prototypes
- Design experiences for web, mobile web, and native iOS and Android apps
- Support evaluative testing, usability studies, and user research to refine customer journeys
- Evaluate and benchmark existing product and service experiences
- Participate in design critiques and support other designers
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Follow design-system patterns, contribute to best practices, and support innovative digital, technology, and AI experiences
- Communicate and present design ideas, patterns, and standards while challenging the status quo
- Deliver software solutions, deliverables, or reporting within time, scope, and budget
- Provide ongoing support throughout the product-development lifecycle
- Communicate with teammates, partners, and stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback and complete tasks with support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of industry design experience in multidisciplinary product design
- Portfolio showcasing proven expertise
- Experience designing multi-channel consumer-facing apps, responsive web, and websites, including complex system, user, ecommerce, and transactional experiences
- Expert understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, Lean UX, Design Sprints, and Agile
- Track record working with cross-functional product development and design teams to ship customer-facing digital products
- Ability to design with a design system and within brand guidelines
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and inspire design
- Experience leveraging AI agents or assistants in production
- High proficiency with Figma, Copilot, Lovable, and Claude Code
- Recognition as a partner by engineering and product manager peers
- Self-motivated problem-solving, issue resolution, time management, and results focus
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships
- Track record of maximizing impact and inspiring others
- Interest in and aptitude for self-learning new design and technology skills
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to change with curiosity, resilience, and flexibility
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Financial or similar industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree with corresponding product design experience desired
- Knowledge of MCP, JIRA, and Confluence desired
