About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions
Develop solutions and processes for feature delivery using design and architectural patterns, Agile/DevOps practices, and AI in the SDLC
Align systems design and requirements with desired business outcomes, including use of AI agents
Align team practices and coding/quality principles with desired technology outcomes
Design, develop, and remain accountable for feature delivery
Apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality
Ensure solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
Guide the team on work breakdown and execution
Work with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog and clear acceptance criteria
Serve as an individual-contributor team lead and mentor team members
Guide planning, estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices
Identify skill and role gaps and work with the Technology Manager to address them
Create resource contingency plans with the Technology Manager when required
Support compliance, security items, and audits at team level
Liaise on production activities and issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on full stack development using Angular, .NET, SQL Server, SSIS
Experience building micro-frontend components and micro-services
Experience using AI in the software development lifecycle
Ability to apply AI across the entire SDLC and use DevEx agents and relevant concepts
Knowledge of design and architectural patterns
Knowledge of Agile/DevOps practices
Ability to design, develop, and be accountable for feature delivery
Ability to apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality
Ability to ensure solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
Responsibility for compliance and security items and team-level audit support
Ability to act as a liaison for production activities and issues
Python and Java experience is a plus
