Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with high-net-worth individuals to identify needs, develop relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations
  • Develop a book of business to meet and exceed established performance hurdles
  • Source prospective clients, capitalize on referrals, assess customer needs, and refer customers to appropriate internal specialists
  • Recommend suitable investment products and services based on client objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences
  • Balance investment growth, referral activities, customer follow-up, prospect building, compliance administration, and professional development
  • Organize and manage time, people, and budget to run a productive practice
  • Seek specialist expertise to identify client planning and investment strategies
  • Provide tailored advice through client reviews and presentations
  • Partner with management to assess financial goals and recommend investment advisory strategies
  • Shadow Financial Advisor teams, share relevant market developments, and discuss new products to promote portfolio growth
  • Leverage technology and available resources to optimize customer experience and operational accuracy
  • Build relationships with internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
  • Proactively manage risk across business, product, and service transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the investments industry
  • Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within allotted program time
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Ability to complete mandated training, assessments, performance goals, continuing education, SAFE Act registration, and required SAFE Act background check
  • Self-starter who efficiently manages time and capacity
  • Ability to set and accomplish goals
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new information, and identify appropriate client solutions
  • Ability to incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies
