Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team

  • Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients' financial lives
  • Ability to identify client solutions and resolve problems independently or escalate as needed

  • Ability to follow established processes and applicable laws and regulations
