What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team

  • Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Ability to identify client solutions and resolve problems independently or with support

  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws and regulations

  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including at any financial center within a reasonable commuting distance
