Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team

- Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients' financial lives
- Ability to identify solutions based on client needs and resolve problems independently or with others

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations

- Ability to interpret performance results, identify opportunities, and hold others accountable
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including at any financial center within a reasonable distance
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- FDIC restrictions may apply based on specified criminal history
- Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
- Desired: one year of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports
- Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
- Desired: experience working with individual and team goals
