Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Client-focused approach and commitment to improving clients' financial lives
  • Ability to identify client solutions and resolve problems independently or escalate as needed
  • Effective and confident communication skills and comfort engaging all clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adherence to established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations

  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including at any financial center within a reasonable distance
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • FDIC hiring restrictions apply regarding specified criminal history
  • One year of management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports (desired)
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions (desired)
  • Experience working with individual and team goals (desired)
  • Bilingual skills (desired)
  • Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
