About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve financial goals
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to internal business and service partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
- Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Coach and provide feedback to referral partners on client needs and recommended product services
- Complete required licenses and trainings
- Work in an in-office culture with location and financial center assignment determined by business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses, or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of Series 66
- If holding Series 63 or 65 instead of Series 66, must pass the missing series within 60 days
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- High school diploma, GED, secondary school or equivalent
- SAFE Act registration and required background check for residential loan mortgage originations
- Must maintain SAFE Act registration in good standing
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Ability to set and accomplish goals
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Effective and confident communication with all clients
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information

- Thorough regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies
- Open availability Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
- Desired: at least three years’ experience in financial services and/or sales
- Desired: CFP and/or CRPC designations
- Desired: insurance licenses
