About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to clients
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to business partners and internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
- Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money-managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners
- Complete required licenses and training
- Work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays on first shift
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; Series 63 and Series 65 may be used in lieu of Series 66
- If holding Series 63 or 65 without Series 66, must obtain a passing score for the missing series within 60 days
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- SAFE Act registration and required background check for residential loan mortgage originations
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Ability to set and accomplish goals
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn, adapt to new information, and identify appropriate client solutions
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Ability to incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies
- Spanish bilingual ability preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask preferred
- Additional professional designations such as CFP and/or CRPC preferred
- Insurance licenses preferred
