About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients
  • Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money-managed solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
  • Triage client requests and refer them to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
  • Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
  • Complete required licenses and trainings
  • Register with the federal registry system and maintain SAFE Act good standing
  • Potentially provide residential mortgage loans
  • Train at one financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based capacity until a suitable financial center is determined

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing clients' interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • Minimum High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (desired)
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired)
  • Required SAFE Act registration and SAFE Act background check
  • Ability to work within a reasonable commuting distance of home
  • 40 hours per week
  • First shift availability
