About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
- Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Coach and provide feedback to referral partners
- Complete required licenses and trainings
- Comply with SAFE Act registration and background-check requirements for residential mortgage loan origination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

- Incorporates relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) are desired
- Insurance licenses are desired
