Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • SIE must be obtained within 30 days of being hired
  • Series 7 and Series 66 must be obtained within 120 days; Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66
  • SAFE Act registration, background check, and registration process required; employees must remain in good standing
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired)
  • Spanish speaking (desired)
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (desired)
