  • Connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions
  • Progress toward Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and potential advancement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire
  • Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days of hire; Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66
  • Subject to SAFE Act registration, background check, and registration requirements; must remain in good standing
  • Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays
  • Spanish speaking is a desired qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience is desired
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is desired
