About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to business partners and internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
- Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money-managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and financial-center clientele
- Coach and provide feedback to referral partners
- Complete required licenses and trainings
- Train at one financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based capacity until another suitable financial-center location is determined
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses, or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of Series 66
- If lacking Series 66 but holding Series 63 or 65, must pass the missing series within 60 days as a condition of the offer
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Must complete required licenses and trainings
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including federal registry registration, background check, and maintaining good standing
- Ability to set and accomplish goals
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships

- Effective and confident communication skills
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn, adapt to new information, and identify solutions for clients

- Ability to incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Desired: bilingual Spanish speaking
- Desired: strong computer skills and multitasking ability
- Desired: at least three years’ experience in financial services and/or a sales environment
- Desired: CFP and/or CRPC designation
- Desired: insurance licenses
