About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help achieve financial goals
- Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products
- Build financial plans using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money-managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Mitigate and control risk during daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Complete required licenses and trainings
- Register with the federal registry system and submit to required SAFE Act background check for residential mortgage loan originations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Results-driven mindset while prioritizing clients' interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays
- Ability to complete required licenses and trainings
- SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check
- Must remain in good standing with SAFE Act registration
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) currently held is desired
- Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience is desired
