About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help achieve financial goals
  • Triage client leads and requests
  • Make referrals to business partners and internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products
  • Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money managed solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
  • Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
  • Complete required licenses and trainings
  • Work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Must complete required licenses and trainings
  • SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check
  • Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing if engaged in residential mortgage loan originations
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is desired
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience is desired
