About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve financial goals
  • Triage client leads and requests
  • Make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products
  • Build financial plans using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money management solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
  • Mitigate and control risk during daily activities
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
  • Complete required licenses and training
  • Train at one financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based capacity until a financial center location is determined within reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing the client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Desired: Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
  • Required SAFE Act registration and background check for residential mortgage loan originations
  • Must maintain SAFE Act registration in good standing
