About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to clients
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to internal business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
- Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money-managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Coach and provide feedback to referral partners
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Complete required training and licensing
- Register for and maintain SAFE Act compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and 65 in lieu of Series 66
- If holding only Series 63 or 65, obtain a passing score for the missing series within 60 days
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Must complete required licenses and trainings
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, background check, and registration process
- Must maintain SAFE Act registration in good standing
- Ability to set and accomplish goals

- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn, adapt to new information, and identify appropriate client solutions

- Ability to incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies
- Spanish bilingual ability preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask preferred
- Three years of financial services and/or sales experience preferred
- CFP and/or CRPC designation preferred
- Insurance licenses preferred
