About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help achieve financial goals
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to business partners and internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
- Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money managed solutions
- Recommend brokerage products and banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Coach and provide feedback to referral partners based on client needs and recommended product services
- Complete required licenses and trainings
- Work within an in-office culture with location and financial center placement determined by business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses, or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of Series 66
- If holding Series 63 or 65 instead of Series 66, must pass the missing series within 60 days of offer
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including required background check and registration process
- Must obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration in good standing
- Ability to set and accomplish goals
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Effective and confident communication skills
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn, adapt to new information and identify appropriate client solutions

- Ability to incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Additional professional designations such as CFP and/or CRPC are desired
- Insurance licenses are desired
