About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve financial goals
  • Triage client leads and requests
  • Make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
  • Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money-managed solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
  • Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
  • Coach and provide feedback to referral partners
  • Apply and expand knowledge through required licenses and training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 in lieu of Series 66
  • If holding only Series 63 or Series 65, must pass the missing series within 60 days as a condition of the offer
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
  • At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
  • High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School or equivalent
  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including required background check and registration process
  • Ability to set and accomplish goals
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to engage all clients
  • Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment
