About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve financial goals
  • Triage client leads and requests
  • Make referrals to business partners and internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
  • Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners
  • Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
  • Complete required licenses and trainings
  • Register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing under SAFE Act requirements
  • Submit to the required SAFE Act background check when engaged in residential mortgage loan originations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, or equivalent Series 63 and 65 licenses in lieu of Series 66
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

  • Incorporates relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment
  • CFP and/or CRPC designation preferred as a desired qualification
  • Insurance licenses preferred as a desired qualification
