  • Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses through structured lessons and dedicated study time
  • Learn foundational skills for advising clients, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
  • Assess clients’ complex financial pictures and guide them with advice and solutions
  • Work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s banking, investment solutions, and client-care approach
  • Use a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions
  • Build a network with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients
  • Provide comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews and presentations
  • Recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
  • Connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions
  • Progress toward Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and future roles within Bank of America and Merrill

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • Must obtain the SIE within 30 days of being hired
  • Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days; Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66
  • SAFE Act registration, background check, and continued good standing required
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired)
  • FINRA SIE currently held (desired)
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking (desired)
