About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build financial plans with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money management solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs
  • Triage client requests and refer them to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds
  • Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
  • Provide comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products
  • Complete required licenses and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing clients' interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check
  • Ability to obtain required industry licenses
  • 40 hours per week
