  • Progress from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II after demonstrating success as a licensed advisor
  • Potentially begin in a phone-based capacity until a financial center location is determined within reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire
  • Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days of hire; Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66
  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and required background check and registration process
  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent
  • Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
