About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help achieve financial goals
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to business partners and internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products
- Build financial plans using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money management solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Complete required licenses and trainings
- Potentially provide residential mortgage loans subject to SAFE Act requirements
- Train at one financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based capacity until a financial center location is determined within reasonable commuting distance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
- Required High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check
- Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing
- Ability to complete required licenses and trainings
- 40 hours per week
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) currently held (desired)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired)
