About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes supporting Transformation objectives
- Analyze processes and document business case opportunities
- Implement process improvement and transformation initiatives supporting Operational Excellence objectives
- Support change initiatives that drive cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
- Work with business leaders and subject matter experts
- Ensure collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams
- Drive execution of solutions within budget and timeline
- Implement low to moderately complex solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
- Gather information from Line of Business partners to resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
- Establish continuous process improvement using process engineering best practices and reusable technology solutions
- Apply analytics and critical thinking to translate issues into structured, design-oriented solutions with defined business-case benefits
- Support enterprise change-management deliverables, including project charters, SIPOC, RACI process maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years relevant work experience with business and technology projects including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change efforts
- Experience in process design, business process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and process improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own product documentation
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
- Strong decision making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
- Proficiency in data management and strong data analytic capability
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Critical thinking and risk-mindedness
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- Experience supporting and participating in technology change efforts
- Proficiency in understanding technology and data management
- 5+ years of project management experience with a complete understanding of key principles and frameworks of Project Management and Process Development
