About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HR analytics, reporting, and data governance needs for lines of business and functional areas
- Identify and resolve employee data issues while minimizing organizational risk
- Manage, create, and enhance standard reporting deliverables, presentations, and analyses
- Manage operational metrics used by HR leaders to optimize resource efficiencies
- Develop and enhance data management tools, queries, and processes, including automation of data mining and analytics
- Evolve analytical frameworks to help stakeholders identify emerging risks from HR data
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide workforce insights and reporting for planning, hiring strategies, and resource optimization
- Translate complex workforce data into clear, action-oriented insights and executive-ready storytelling
- Liaise between the business and HR to create reporting solutions, monthly reports, dashboards, automation, standardization, and process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, forecasting, or data governance
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic insight and influence decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Experience developing concise and effective presentations and presenting complex data to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate+ Excel skills, including querying, extracting, mining, and manipulating data
- Ability to identify risk, analyze and diagnose problems, and provide recommendations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Self-directed and results oriented
- Ability to collaborate in teams and work independently
- Strategic thinking, facilitation, influence, teamwork, and collaboration abilities
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- MicroStrategy, Workday, Tableau, and Alteryx experience is a plus
- Experience in HR Data Governance frameworks and enterprise reporting standards
