About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with HR Analytics and Data Governance to deliver workforce reporting and analytic solutions through advanced consultation
- Develop, implement, and maintain reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities and processes
- Support multiple lines of business and reporting workstreams
- Partner with Strategic Analytics Forecasting Leads, Finance, and HR teams to understand headcount movement, strategic initiatives, and reporting gaps
- Create strategic reporting solutions through automation and standardization
- Provide workforce insights and reporting that influence planning, hiring strategies, and resource optimization
- Support HR analytics, reporting, and data governance needs for business partners and senior leaders
- Identify and resolve employee data-related issues while minimizing organizational risk
- Create and enhance standard reporting deliverables for presentations and analysis
- Develop and enhance data management tools, queries, and processes, including automated data mining and analytics
- Create strategic reporting solutions and monthly reports/dashboards
- Evolve analytical frameworks to identify new or emerging risks from HR data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2+ years of experience with data and analytics tools such as MicroStrategy and Alteryx
- Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience maintaining or updating large-scale datasets or systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across outputs
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic insight and influence decision-making
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate+ Excel skills, including querying for data extraction, mining, and manipulation
- Strong performance consulting skills, including identifying risk, understanding business issues and priorities, analyzing and diagnosing problems, and giving recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, teamwork, and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Experience working with HR or Finance organizational structures is desired
- MicroStrategy, Workday, Tableau, and Alteryx experience is a plus
