About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks
- Enable complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency
- Promote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement
- Implement database lifecycle management actions into PaaS Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git, Jenkins, and Ansible Tower
- 2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practices
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling
- Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Experience with container technologies
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift
- Architect experience with data platforms such as Redis, MongoDB, SingleStore, and CockroachDB
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
