About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of Investment Management pricing for Private Bank BANA-M
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for pricing strategy, governance, controls, policy, and field support
  • Serve as primary contact for trust officers nationally on pricing and Financial Advisor compensation matters
  • Manage fee concession approvals, fee reversals, fee increase tracking, write-offs, and pricing inquiries
  • Resolve escalations from advisors, Market Leaders, Division Leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Partner across Merrill and support organizations to resolve issues and identify recurring themes
  • Deliver pricing education and training for new BANA-M Trust Officers
  • Perform monthly quality assurance and quality control reviews for pricing-related activities
  • Maintain pricing-related documentation, including PGA, Resource Central, and other reference materials
  • Lead resolution of pricing-related SIAIs, audit findings, risk items, and control issues
  • Review, enhance, and maintain pricing policies and procedures
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to NFPC and PFC governance forums
  • Serve as Pricing SME for strategic initiatives, system enhancements, regulatory changes, and business transformation projects
  • Liaise with Merrill ISG on pricing-related fees, initiatives, operational processes, and IAP/ML One implementations
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support scalable and compliant growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Expertise in Investment Management pricing strategy, governance, controls, policy, and field support
  • Knowledge of fee schedules, Financial Advisor compensation rules, fee concessions, fee notices, fee reversals, write-offs, and associated responsibilities
  • Ability to perform pricing-related quality assurance and quality control reviews
  • Ability to manage pricing documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to resolve pricing-related SIAIs, audit findings, risk items, and control issues
  • Ability to support regulatory changes, system enhancements, strategic initiatives, and business transformation projects
  • Ability to partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Merrill ISG, and other stakeholders
  • FDIC hiring restrictions apply to individuals with certain specified criminal histories
  • Availability for 1st shift
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
