About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support development and execution of strategic initiatives and processes aligned to business priorities
Partner with Operations, MLSN, and business stakeholders to improve processes, enhance advisor and client experiences, mitigate risk, and deliver analytics-driven insights
Drive operational excellence initiatives and solve complex business challenges
Develop pricing strategy analytics, reporting, and business insights
Deliver executive-level analytics and reporting for senior leadership, field executives, and Financial Advisors
Support Artificial Intelligence use-case identification, adoption, metrics, reporting, and efficiency initiatives
Lead cross-functional problem solving and implement scalable solutions
Perform strategic business analysis to identify trends, evaluate performance, measure results, and uncover opportunities
Support business transformation through project execution, stakeholder engagement, change management, and coordination
Develop executive communications and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, Business Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or a related field
Ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business functions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
Familiarity with pricing strategy, business analytics, operational excellence methodologies, and process improvement
Knowledge of emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies and strong interest in driving AI adoption and business transformation
Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions
