  • Process third-party subpoenas served on the bank for civil and criminal matters
  • Review complex legal documents and log key information into the case management system
  • Apply state and federal laws to ensure proper service, customer notification, and Right to Financial Privacy Act compliance
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and acquire responsive documents
  • Interact with law enforcement, agencies, and attorneys regarding scope, court appearances, and delivery due dates
  • Maintain a large caseload with multiple moving parts
  • Interpret legal documents accurately

  • Submit timely and accurate responses to legal matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in portfolio management, legal, mortgage and/or finance
  • Ability to research, identify, and retrieve responsive documents across banking products, systems, and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences, actively listen, and provide timely follow-up and status updates
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to deliver accurate, complete work within deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative team mindset
