About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the overall service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy across the market
- Partner with market leadership, Market Executives, Resident Directors, Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Client Associates, and Wealth Management Associates to facilitate daily business needs
- Drive responsible growth while minimizing regulatory, financial, operational, and reputational risks
- Hire, develop, and lead cross-functional professionals supporting Financial Advisor teams and client service delivery
- Supervise financial transactions and operations, promote risk management best practices, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Prepare to effectively manage branch audits
- Oversee the client service experience and review approval of new client accounts
- Lead Wealth Management Client Associates and the branch Operations Department to achieve client service and operational excellence goals
- Model an inclusive environment for employees and clients
- Manage processes, data, expenses, budgets, talent, performance, and business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses, and Series 3 and 31 licenses if warranted
- Minimum of five years of professional experience
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Skills in Compensation Analysis, Performance Management, Process Performance Management, Referral Management, Workforce Planning, Due Diligence, Internal Audit Review, Leadership Development, Recruiting, Risk Management, Client Management, Customer Service Management, Employee Counseling, Succession Planning, and Trade Operations Management
- Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America
- 40 hours per week
