About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategy for medium to large programs, products, and processes
  • Lead multi-year digital transformation of digital sales and marketing pages
  • Oversee minimum viable product launch, performance management, research, content customization, and subsequent releases
  • Advance the integrated Bank of America and Merrill sales ecosystem vision
  • Shape AI/LLM, search optimization, and emerging discovery experiences
  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Digital, Technology, Brand, CCOE, AMI, business leaders, risk, legal, and compliance teams
  • Lead strategy for digital sales pages and participate in governance and approval processes
  • Establish objectives, success measures, learning agendas, and executive reporting
  • Translate performance insights into roadmap recommendations
  • Lead interconnected workstreams, manage dependencies and resources, and resolve risks and senior-level decisions
  • Develop and refine the Consumer Investments value proposition and positioning
  • Translate research, competitive intelligence, business priorities, and audience needs into brand and growth strategies
  • Lead coordination across Marketing, business executives, Brand, Research, Product, Digital, Channel, and agency partners
  • Develop integrated media strategy and potential campaigns
  • Ensure consistent value proposition across paid, owned, digital, sales, and advisor touchpoints
  • Use market and performance insights to strengthen differentiation, relationships, and prospective investor consideration
  • Manage strategic partnerships and hold agencies and internal partners accountable for deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated strategic planning/product management skills
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience working across products
  • Experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to manage multiple efforts with varying deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong program and project leadership skills
  • Ability to manage workstreams, agencies, budgets, dependencies, and deadlines
  • Ability to use research, analytics, and performance data for complex decisions and strategic recommendations
  • Experience operating in highly regulated environments and navigating risk, legal, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in a matrixed organization
