About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients in an assigned portfolio
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues
  • Expand client awareness of self-servicing options
  • Deepen existing client relationships and optimize the client experience
  • Support client retention
  • Provide multi-platform support across 5–10 processing platforms
  • Educate clients on products and reconciliation tools
  • Manage billing and invoices
  • Handle boarding processes, including new location setup and entitlement changes
  • Provide transaction authorization and processing information
  • Resolve chargebacks, collection, escrow, and pending items
  • Address equipment inquiries and issues
  • Resolve funding delays and missing payments
  • Troubleshoot production, authorization, funding, reporting, network, connectivity, and file transmission issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide follow-up communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritize high-priority clients and track requests to completion
  • Basic accounting principles
  • Financial analysis including customer revenue, fees/billing, and reconciliation processes
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to identify, analyze, resolve, and escalate operational issues
  • Knowledge of third-party system architecture, POS systems, gateways, connectivity, authorization platforms, settlement platforms, reporting, and funding solutions
