About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients in an assigned portfolio
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues
  • Expand client awareness of self-servicing options
  • Deepen existing client relationships and optimize client experience and retention
  • Provide multi-platform support across 5–10 processing platforms
  • Deliver client education on products and reconciliation tools
  • Handle billing and invoices
  • Manage boarding processes, including new location setup and entitlement changes
  • Support transaction authorization and processing information
  • Resolve chargebacks, collection, escrow, and pending items
  • Address equipment inquiries and issues
  • Investigate funding delays and missing payments
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve authorization, funding, reporting, network, connectivity, and file transmission issues
  • Manage reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Financial analysis skills including customer revenue, fees/billing, and reconciliation processes
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to identify, analyze, resolve, and escalate operational issues
  • Understanding of 3rd party system architecture, POS systems, gateways, connectivity, authorization platforms, settlement platforms, reporting, and funding solutions
  • Ability to support performance monitoring and tracking
  • Industry and associated product knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of industry and product trends and regulatory developments
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work 1st shift
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
