About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients in an assigned portfolio
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues
  • Expand client awareness of available self-servicing options
  • Deepen existing client relationships and optimize the client experience
  • Support client retention
  • Provide multi-platform support across 5–10 processing platforms
  • Educate clients on products and reconciliation tools
  • Handle billing and invoices
  • Manage new location setup and entitlement changes through boarding processes
  • Provide transaction authorization and processing information
  • Resolve chargebacks, collection, escrow, and pending items
  • Handle equipment inquiries and issues
  • Resolve funding delays or missing payments
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve authorization, funding, reporting, network, connectivity, and file transmission issues
  • Address rejects, duplications, reversals, and special processing issues
  • Manage reporting
  • Communicate with and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalate issues as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Ability to focus attention, time, and resources on highest-priority clients and opportunities
  • Ability to prioritize issues and track requests to completion
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Financial analysis skills including customer revenue, fees/billing, and reconciliation processes
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of third-party system architecture, POS systems, gateways, connectivity, authorization platforms, settlement platforms, reporting, and funding solutions
  • Ability to monitor and track performance
  • Industry and product knowledge, including trends and regulatory developments
  • Negotiation skills
  • Adaptability, critical thinking, problem solving, account management, attention to detail, collaboration, data management, portfolio management, learning delivery, oral and written communications, and prioritization
  • Ability to work 1st shift
  • 40 hours per week
