Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze wire instructions to successfully repair complex wire payments for EMEA clients
Adhere to production standards while executing procedures and maintaining accuracy
Learn and understand payment processing, including wire lifecycle, format, product, and settlement flows
Navigate multiple processing applications during research and exception processing
Execute procedural, system, and operational changes within wire processing functions
Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes
Assist with implementation coordination for products, services, and operational solutions
Support design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
Provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
Expand business product knowledge within the operations environment
Build relationships with partners and teammates
Inspect data to identify issues and trends
Analyze day-to-day issues, research, and provide resolutions within the business unit
Support defined procedures, routine analytics, report creation, and exception processing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1 year experience with Wires or research and analysis experience in a production environment
Ability to multitask using various systems/applications
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication/organizational skills
Proficient work experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Schedule is Monday - Friday 5am - 2pm EST
Overtime as needed
Position requires adherence to the London holiday schedule to meet business and operational needs
Knowledge with GIN applications, WTX, ARIES, JIRA, Intix Applications, eTask, SWIFT applications is a plus
Working knowledge of payment investigation systems is desirable
Financial industry experience is desirable
