About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze day-to-day issues within a business unit
- Research issues and provide resolutions
- Support defined procedures and routine analytics
- Create reports and complete exception processing
- Assist with implementation coordination for products, services, and operational solutions
- Support the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
- Provide guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes
- Expand business product knowledge within the operations environment
- Build relationships with partners and teammates
- Inspect data to identify issues and trends
- Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Practice Solutions and/or Programs processes
- Strong willingness to receive feedback and apply coaching effectively
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple systems and platforms
- Previous GCI & KYC experience (desired)
- Ability to maintain strong partnerships with customer-facing teams (desired)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology, systems, and business requirements (desired)
- Knowledge of Saleslogix (SLX) and SalesForce (GBSF) (desired)
- Previous Quality Assurance (QA) background (desired)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- 1st shift availability in the United States of America
