About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Resolve complex day-to-day problems and research and execute complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business units
  • Advise on the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using project management methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement in employee confidence, engagement, and speed to proficiency
  • Develop and refine employee communications, including awareness messages, incident reports, system events, and monthly briefs
  • Facilitate development, presentations, and train-the-trainer activities
  • Edit and revise Employee Readiness content to align with Brand Voice and Readiness standards
  • Provide subject matter expertise across multiple NS&S segments
  • Maintain and improve Front Line Use resources, including procedure validation and internal website content
  • Manage and resolve complex problems and execute solutions for business units
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely in various formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in training content and internal communications development
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to various levels of leaders, departments, and teams
  • Ability and critical thinking skills to make sound business decisions
  • Excellent time management skills to navigate multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines
  • Experience building partnerships with various levels of leaders and business partners
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong and positive work ethic that excels in a team environment
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
