About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Resolve complex day-to-day problems
Research and execute complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s)
Advise on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment
Advise on projects and direct team activities related to special initiatives
Provide technical expertise on operations processes and implications for other operations groups
Consult on present-state processes and develop alternative future-state approaches
Facilitate implementations by creating approaches for program/initiative setup, execution, and control
Identify and recommend responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects
Potentially manage associates and perform managerial responsibilities including coaching, risk management, talent development, and delivery of business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mortgage Loan Payment Servicing Experience
MSP and ORCIT expertise
Experience with SPI and POP structure and guidelines
Project Management Experience, including business creation and enterprise change management experience
Executive presentation proficiency
Reporting and Analytics
40 hours per week
1st shift (United States of America)
